Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in McDonough, GA to lead daily warehouse operations and help ensure the products healthcare providers depend on are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

In this role, you'll guide and develop warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time receipt and shipment.
• Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Assist the warehouse manager and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
