Job summary

Dupuy Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse workers and forklift operators, ensuring efficient receiving, put-away, storage, and shipping processes. The role emphasizes safety, quality targets, and collaboration with maintenance teams to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.

Daily activities include coordinating schedules, maintaining inventories, and leading morning safety meetings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school preferred.
Microsoft Office and general computer experience required.
Forklift experience preferred.
Coffee experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse workers, sanitation workers and forklift operators.
Coordinate receiving, put away, storage (inventory) and shipping of product.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment; lead safety meetings.
Support management in achieving quality targets.
Coordinate with maintenance on routine equipment and building repairs.
Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, equipment efficiency, and resource utilization.
Fill in at the warehouse as needed.
