Job summary

Dupuy Group in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate the activities of warehouse workers and forklift operators. This role ensures efficient receiving, put away, storage, and shipping processes while maintaining safety and accuracy in inventory control.

The position requires basic computer skills, forklift experience, and strong organizational capabilities. Typical hours are Monday–Friday with potential overtime, and the company highlights comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required; vocational school preferred.
• Microsoft Office and general computer experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Coffee experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, put away, storage and shipping in a timely, efficient manner.
• Operate computer systems supporting production and inventory; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Prioritize daily and weekly production requirements.
• Respond to schedule changes and customer requests; lead safety meetings.
• Support management in achieving quality targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance for routine preventive care.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, equipment efficiency, personnel and resource utilization.
• Fill in at the warehouse as needed.
