Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide receiving or shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will supervise staff, coordinate inventory accuracy, and ensure timely shipments while enforcing safety standards on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in supply chain roles, strong MS Office skills, and experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems. This full-time role requires lifting and active leadership within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution, inventory, and transportation.
• Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping) and guide associates.
• Assist in supervising inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Aid in inventory control training and execution of cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory control discrepancies.
• Ensure product storage, counting, and verification against manifest.
• Report shortages, damages, and missed shipments to management.
• Lead safety training and enforce safety procedures.
• Support performance evaluations and development plans for team members.
