Job summary

Red Gold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Indiana. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements while coordinating with auditors and management.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and initiative, with responsibility for 9–12 direct reports and discipline where needed. This is an on-site position with opportunities to enhance operations and training across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supervision, business, or management.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Log daily warehouse activities.
• Suggest possible process improvements.
• Work with auditors to ensure guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Train and follow up with employees.
• Administer disciplinary action to direct reports.
• Ensure warehouse is clean and free from injuries; uphold quality, rotation and accuracy policies.
• Manage shift changes for efficiency and timeliness.
• Ensure accurate timely processing of shipping documents; coach employees as needed.
• Assist DC Manager in security and fire safety issues.
• Supervise 9–12 direct reports.
