Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Wisconsin to support shipping and receiving, inventory control, and overall warehouse operations. You will work actively and safely to maintain efficient product flow and quality standards within the distribution process.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting repeatedly, and the ability to handle up to 90 pounds. Previous warehouse experience and forklift operation are preferred, with post-offer background checks and safety

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Able to lift 10–35 lb and up to 60–90 lb depending on location.
Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet wrapping, order selection, loading and receiving.
Maintain clean, safe work area; report hazards immediately.
Perform daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
Carry out damage checks on items received and remove items per policy.
Review work schedule and production paperwork; prepare for operations.
Wear all required PPE and safety gear.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Secure equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
