Job summary

Recom seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Buford, GA fulfillment center. You will oversee inbound receiving, FBA preparation, inventory control, outbound shipping, and returns processing, guiding frontline staff toward safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse leadership, experience with WMS and Excel, and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. OT and varying shifts may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and team leads to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals.
• Ensure daily work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor resources to meet priorities.
• Ensure receiving, inventory management, product preparation, shipping, and returns processing are accurate.
• Promote safe work practices in line with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs: Productivity, Inventory accuracy, Order accuracy, On-time shipment, Lead time, Safety, Labor utilization.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and career growth.
• Support compliance with Amazon FBA requirements and SOPs.
