Job summary

Recom is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Buford, Georgia fulfillment center. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy while developing a high-performance team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to meet budgeted objectives and ensure seamless Amazon FBA readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing supervisors and large warehouse teams.
• Proven knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using KPIs and data to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and customer service objectives.
• Manage warehouse supervisors, leads, and hourly associates while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage labor planning and warehouse operating expenses to achieve budgeted financial objectives.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory management, product preparation, shipping, and returns processing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation efforts.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipment, and safety.
