Job summary

Land of Lincoln Goodwill is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, IL to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure safe, efficient handling of donated goods and inventory.

You will supervise material handlers, schedule personnel, coach performance, and coordinate with the Director of Logistics to meet production goals while upholding OSHA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certification required within six months of employment.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and directs staff in daily activities.
• Schedules staff, documents performance and behavioral issues.
• Trains, coaches and provides feedback to develop skills.
• Manages time and monitors attendance to ensure timely work.
• Coordinates materials flow between locations per schedules.
