Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lake Orion, MI. You will plan daily manpower needs and coordinate shifts to keep overtime to a minimum while ensuring safety and productivity. The role includes leading daily meetings, assigning work, and maintaining SOP adherence across the team.

Responsibilities include training, tracking performance data, and managing workflows. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; alternative is extensive high-school-based experience with leadership

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience or HS diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Manage workflows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to SOPs
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned
