Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II to oversee receipt, stocking, order filling, and shipment processes within our distribution center. The role may supervise teams operating rolling stock or automated equipment.

You will review WMS reports, coordinate staffing, plan daily goals, and partner with HR for staffing and development, while upholding safety and performance standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• IWMS/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews WMS reports; notifies WMS personnel regarding shutdowns or other WMS failures.
• Utilizes SOPs to resolve and correct problems; communicates issues to Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Reviews staffing levels and plans with the Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Plans daily production goals.
• Interviews and selects candidates in partnership with HR.
• Supports safety programs to reduce injuries.
• Conducts annual employee reviews and merit increases.
