Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to oversee the timely receipt, stocking, order filling, and shipment of merchandise within our distribution center. You will supervise employees operating WMS and other warehouse systems, ensuring accurate labor planning and adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in an automated DC, familiarity with WMS, and strong communication to coordinate with the Inbound/Outbound Manager and HR.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Automated distribution center experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, stocking, order filling and shipment of merchandise.
• Supervise employees operating warehouse systems and equipment.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and staffing plans with Inbound/Outbound Manager.
• Conduct weekly and monthly staffing reviews.
• Ensure safety programs and reduce injuries.
• Maintain employee records and conduct annual reviews.
