Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to four years of relevant experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas, considering turnover, size and weight of items stored.
• Advises employees on care, handling, storing, and shipping stock; equipment use and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and enforces safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
