Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Ohio is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan layouts, coordinate storage and material flow, and ensure efficient fulfillment operations.

You will supervise teams, enforce safety regulations, and mentor staff while maintaining quality and productivity. A High School diploma and 3–4 years of related experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of relevant, job-related experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan layouts for warehouse storage and workflows.
• Advise staff on care, storage, and handling of stock; enforce safety.
• Determine work procedures and schedules to expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect for quality and policy compliance.
• Maintain harmony among workers and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
