Job summary

Ole Mexican Foods Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Eagan, MN to oversee daily warehouse, shipping and receiving operations. You will drive process improvements, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safety standards across departments.

The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with drivers and managers, and experience with warehouse software and MS Office. This position is on-site with opportunities for growth and stronger team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse supervisory experience.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment with heat, cold and loud noises.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyzed data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report on warehouse performance.
• Maintain records and ensure proper storage of products.
• Coordinate with drivers and division manager to resolve issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Break down and build orders; perform physical labor as needed.
