Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the new Distribution Center in Hutchins, TX. You will lead a warehouse shift, ensure safety, quality, and KPI attainment, and work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize distribution center performance.

You will mentor team members, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet Chick-fil-A’s service standards for restaurant Operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food service distribution, lean/Six Sigma, and performance metrics.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work flexible shifts.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of warehouse staff and manage inbound/outbound, inventory control, and related tasks.
• Oversee daytime transportation operation performance and audit routes as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance daily as a key business partner to site leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Mentor Supervisor I and Lead Warehouse Team Members and support budget management.
