The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri seeks a CDL A or B Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Missouri. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and supports mobile pantry and delivery driving, as well as general warehouse duties.

You will load, transport, and distribute food safely, maintain equipment, pass DOT checks, wear approved uniform and steel-toe boots, and work collaboratively with volunteers and staff to serve neighbors across

Responsabilidades

• Prep food for mobile pantry and load mobile truck.
• Travel to assigned locations in a timely manner per safety standards.
• Work with site volunteers at designated locations.
• Ensure food is distributed fairly and safely to recipients.
• Collect and deliver paperwork to warehouse staff.
• Maintain CDL A or CDL B license and a clean driving record.
• Assist with general warehousing duties and inventory.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Work in a team environment
• Class A or Class B license
• Have a good driving record – pass DOT Clearinghouse background check
• Wear required uniform and steel-toe boots/shoes

DUTIES

MOBILE PANTRY DRIVERS

• Prep food to stock and load mobile truck
• Travel to assigned location in a timely manner according to TFB driving safety standards
• Work with site volunteers at designated location
• Ensure food is distributed in a fair and safe manner to recipients
• Collect and deliver paperwork in a timely manner to warehouse office staff
• Maintain a CDL A or CDL B license and clean driving record

DELIVERY DRIVERS

• Work with pull team members to ensure assigned order is pulled correctly
• Use pick list to double-check order while loading truck
• Travel to assigned agency in a timely manner according to TFB safety standards
• Unload order, checking the pick list again to ensure the delivery is complete
• Deliver paperwork in a timely manner to warehouse office staff
• Maintain a CDL A or CDL B license and clean driving record

GENERAL WAREHOUSING

• Practice safe food and equipment handling techniques
• Work with other staff in maintaining safe and sanitary warehouse conditions
• Make accurate counts on inventory, receiving, and distribution of food
• Assist with food bank volunteers as directed
• Treat agency representatives with respect and courtesy
• Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
• Work with accuracy and efficiency

Pay Rate: $20.06-23.06 depending upon licensure
