Job summary

Lineage Logistics Services seeks a motivated supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will manage shipments, inventory, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse performance.

The role requires 2 years of leadership in warehouse/logistics, strong WMS experience, and the ability to work in varied storage environments.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
