Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area. You will report defective products and drive corrective actions, while overseeing loading/unloading, forklift duties, and daily inspections.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends in a climate-controlled, yet sometimes noisy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Comfortable with a noisy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
