Job summary

SwiftX Inc. seeks a results-driven logistics supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff in South Dakota. You will ensure quality, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.

• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.

• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
