Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our
Allentown, PA facility to oversee inventory, personnel, and day-to-day operations. This role requires working a
3rd shift schedule, generally from
2:00 AM to 11:00 AM, though start and end times are subject to change by about an hour in either direction depending on business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Director with hiring and training new employees
- Schedule and oversee warehouse staff
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- Receive, inspect, and store new inventory per policy
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed
- Ensure accurate stock placement within the warehouse
- Coordinate timely inventory transfers for scheduled deliveries
- Schedule inbound/outbound inventory movement
- Partner with other departments to drive strategic warehouse improvements
- Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Enforce operational procedures and safe workplace policies
- Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and resolve minor equipment issues

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing required
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with inventory systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk/computer work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
