Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to oversee daily operations of our warehouse and facility, ensuring excellence in service, safety, quality, and productivity. In this role, you’ll do more than manage workflows—you’ll inspire a team, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you’ll set the tone for a positive, high-energy environment where team members are empowered to succeed and proud to contribute.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
2. Manage operational procedures including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory maintenance.
3. Plan production schedules and allocate resources for completing job assignments while keeping accurate time and production records.
4. Track operations and send reports to designated plant personnel.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate machinery and material handling equipment.
2. Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across all levels of the organization.
3. Perform assigned projects as instructed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may vary depending on the facility.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noise levels, which can be loud at times.
