Keystone Automotive Operations, a leading distributor in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 3PL shipping team at our Exeter, PA distribution center. You will drive daily workflows, coach staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet shipping KPIs and cost targets while sustaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• ERP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices
• Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks
• Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments
• Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet
