Job summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) under LKQ Corporation, you will help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, contributing to a strong supply chain. This active role rewards accuracy, teamwork, and growth, with multiple shifts and competitive pay.

Starting pay is up to $18.00/hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, full-time employment. Training is provided for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. consistently.
• Able to stand all day, walk, bend, and climb ladders.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy at all steps.
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
