Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a 3PL warehouse team at our Exeter distribution center. You will guide daily shipping operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive safety compliance and process improvements.

The role requires a leadership mindset, strong communication, and hands-on oversight of workflows in a fast-paced logistics environment. A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
• Plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.
