You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team membersStrong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checksManage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIsCollaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experienceFlexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekendsStrong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plusAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAble to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditionsComfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feetWho We AreKeystone Automotive Operations is North America's leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV and marine parts and accessories.
