Keystone Automotive Operations is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Shipping (2nd Shift) in Exeter, PA. You will pick, package, and stage auto parts orders for shipment, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and support a fast-paced supply chain team. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Compensation starts at $18.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities. Schedule: Sundays through Thursdays, 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand/walk/bend for long periods; climb ladders as needed.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
• Dependable, punctual and reliable.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary).
• Forklift operator experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step.
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
