Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Exeter, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3PL shipping team at the distribution center. You will hire, onboard, train and coach staff, manage daily workloads, and monitor performance to meet KPIs while championing a safe, efficient operation.

Maintain DOT/OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with fulfillment teams on daily shipping plans, and foster a team culture built on accountability, quality, and service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
• Flexible availability including multi-shifts and weekends
• Leadership experience managing diverse warehouse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Comfortable with standing, bending, ladder work and heights up to 30 feet

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3PL team including hiring, onboarding and coaching
• Understand and apply DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices
• Foster a safety-first culture through training and daily checks
• Schedule management and KPI monitoring
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan daily shipping and meet goals
• Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and drive continuous improvement
• Resolve shipping issues and conflicts promptly
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization using 5S methods
