Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Exeter, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3PL shipping team. You will oversee daily flows, improve productivity, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a safe, organized warehouse.

The role requires a bachelor’s in supply chain or 5+ years in warehouse supervision, strong leadership, DOT/OSHA knowledge, and ERP/MS Office proficiency. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience a plus.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
Promote a safety-first culture through training, oversight, and daily checks.
Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to meet KPIs.
Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and goals.
Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve shipping-related issues and conflicts promptly.
Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs; maintain 5S-driven cleanliness.
