WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – 2nd SHIFT

Location: Milwaukee, WI | Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Where You’ll Work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with an on-site bakery, robotic packaging, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving hub. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of our logistics operation—ensuring our ingredients, packaging, and finished products move safely and efficiently across our supply chain.

What You’ll Do…

• Lead and Support a team of material handlers and forklift drivers to meet production and shipping goals.
• Ensure Safety by reinforcing proper PPE use, safe forklift operation, and compliance with all food and workplace safety guidelines.
• Monitor Inventory Flow to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and finished goods.
• Coach and Develop team members to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects that streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  
  
  

What You Bring…

4–6 years of experience leading teams in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment (freezer experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of forklift safety, warehouse best practices, and GMPs.

Ability to lead by example, inspire your team, and communicate clearly across shifts and departments.

A proactive mindset and a calm, organized approach—even when things move fast.

Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems is a plus.
