Job Details

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm

We are seeking a Supervisor, SC Operations who can motivate and lead their team, oversee all warehouse operations, and ensure continuous improvement. You’ll receive support to excel and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and prepare schedules.
2. Supervise, train, and coach team members to enhance performance.
3. Monitor work quality to maintain high customer service standards.
4. Understand and adhere to the company's quality policies.
5. Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program.
6. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
7. Implement continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experience in an ISO or AS9100 environment.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects of various sizes and weights.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Handle tools and equipment.
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
