This role is based at our Columbus, Ohio plant in the Abbott Nutrition Division, which develops science-based nutrition products for all ages.

Role Responsibilities

1. Oversee a single shift of manufacturing operations.
2. Lead daily operations focusing on tactical goals.
3. Coordinate team activities to meet KPIs in safety, quality, finance, productivity, and personnel.
4. Ensure quality and compliance, manage budgets, and improve line performance.
5. Foster a culture of engagement and safety.
6. Manage and develop team members through coaching and training.
7. Maintain communication and a visible presence on the line.
8. Report on KPIs and escalate issues as needed.

Management Responsibilities

• Ensure team training and performance management.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.

Shift Details

2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years experience in a regulated industry.
• Leadership skills and knowledge of project planning tools.
• Understanding of plant financials and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, pharma, medical devices, cosmetics).
• Project planning experience; Green Belt certification preferred.
