Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and recognition.
• Lead Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and administer rewards when appropriate.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions and discipline.
• Maintain positive labor relations and ensure health, safety, and security compliance.
• Provide orientation for employees and lead hands and support to perform their jobs.
