Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0-1 year supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review processes with Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in operations.
• Monitor progress, coach staff, and recognize successes.
• Foster diversity and inclusion and improve processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend merit increases.
• Address performance issues through corrective action.
• Maintain positive labor relations and safety initiatives.
• Provide orientation and resources to staff.
