Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Northlake, TX is seeking a Manager Logistics (1st shift) to supervise warehouse operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role includes P&L oversight, customer satisfaction, safety, and staff leadership.

You will lead salaried and hourly teams, coordinate with senior management and customers, manage payroll and invoicing, and analyze weekly/monthly performance while ensuring safety compliance. This is a salaried, exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• Two+ years managing and leading direct reports required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Responsible for payroll of employees.
