Job summary

G&D Integrated in East Peoria, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee training, monitor performance and ensure adherence to policy while meeting customer needs with accurate, detail-oriented work.

The role supports a 1st shift, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with other hours as needed. Pay range is $55,000–$65,000 per year plus benefits; candidates should bring prior manufacturing/3PL supervision experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor s degree from four-year college or accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Word (including: Email, Excel, PowerPoint, Graphics, Microsoft Visio, and Routine Database Activity etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; Must be capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
• Previous experience operating power industrial truck.

Responsibilities

• Meets Customer Production and Delivery and ensures workforce meets production standards for efficiency.
• Insures finished, assembled material is accurately documented and accounted for.
• Responsible for management of workforce and tracking production labor hours.
• Responsible for training and development of workforce through effective communication during shifts and reviews.
• Leads a safe working environment by promoting safe practices and procedures.
• Improves shop efficiency, productivity and employee engagement by collaboration and innovation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
