Position Details

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor capable of motivating their team, managing daily warehouse operations, and encouraging continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
2. Prepare schedules
3. Supervise, train, and coach team members
4. Monitor work quality to ensure excellent customer service
5. Follow the company quality policy and GXO 7S program
6. Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
7. Implement continuous improvement plans
8. Maintain a clean environment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Flexible schedule, including possible overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in ISO or AS9100 environments
• Warehousing or 3PL experience
