This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily production, ensuring machinery performance, maintaining safety standards, and supervising team members.

Responsibilities:

• Check daily production orders for customer fulfillment.
• Ensure all positions are filled before production start.
• Oversee team exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
• Ensure machinery operates optimally.
• Pass USDA inspections at workstations.
• Promote safety through daily practices and meetings.
• Manage shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding.
• Communicate company benefits and policies to team members.
• Encourage team building and provide training and counseling.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues.
• Keep records of reworked or returned products.
• Educate on quality importance.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Resume submission required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing and supervisory experience or equivalent education.
• High school diploma; further education preferred.
• Basic computer skills helpful.
• Strong communication skills.
• Supervise a team performing related tasks.
• Travel 1-5 times per year.
