Burpee Gardening in Warminster, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse and seasonal staff. You will oversee inbound receiving, replenishments, truck/pallet builds, and inventory accuracy while driving productivity and safety.

Applicants should excel at team leadership, inventory control, forklift/pallet jack operation, and using WMS/D365 within a 7am–3:30pm on-site schedule.

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a hands- on leader, dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing strict safety protocols. Location

Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Basic inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
• Ability to operate machinery, i.e. forklifts and pallet jacks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Work in various temperatures and conditions
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
