Burpee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Warminster, PA to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The role supervises a team focused on inbound receiving, replenishments, shipping prep, and inventory management.

You will be a hands-on leader dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing safety protocols while working onsite Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm.

Formación

• Ability to operate machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, dedicated to maximizing workforce productivity, maintaining accurate inventory, and enforcing strict safety protocols.

Location

Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Basic inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
• Ability to operate machinery, i.e. forklifts and pallet jacks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Work in various temperatures and conditions
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn
