Job summary

Burpee Gardening in Warminster, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse and seasonal staff. You will oversee inbound receiving, replenishments, truck/pallet builds, and inventory accuracy while driving productivity and safety.

Applicants should excel at team leadership, inventory control, forklift/pallet jack operation, and using WMS/D365 within a 7am–3:30pm on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and enforcing safety.
• Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and evaluate warehouse and seasonal staff.
• Conduct orientation, set expectations and safety guidelines.
• Assign daily tasks and workloads to warehouse associates.
• Monitor efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Cross-train team members for better department coverage.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate inventory.
• Utilize Microsoft D365 to support warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
