The Burpee Seed Corp in Warminster, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team, optimize inbound receiving, replenishments, and inventory control. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on productivity across departments during the shipping season.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm onsite, and requires strong supervisory skills, knowledge of warehouse operations, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft D365.

• Leadership and communication skills to manage a warehouse team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and can stand for long periods.

This role will be responsible for managing a team to ensure efficient workflow across all related departments, with a strong focus on inbound receiving, replenishments, truck and pallet builds for the shipping season, and inventory management. Role and Responsibilities:
