Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Summerville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, assignments, and safety compliance to meet service goals.

You will lead rotating shifts from 12pm to 1pm start, oversee training, and work to minimize overtime while supporting team development.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ year(s) of people leadership, or 5+ years warehouse experience with 2–3+ years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week while keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
