Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Fontana, CA, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, minimize overtime, and lead shift meetings focused on safety and operations.

You will assign daily tasks, manage workflows, and train staff on SOPs while tracking productivity and equipment reliability. A path to growth exists within our warehouse leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week.
• Conduct daily shift meetings communicating safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently and maintain productivity.

• Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 5pm start (could need to work Saturdays based on business needs)

• Salary: $67,262 - $84,078 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
