Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will plan manpower, lead daily meetings, and assign duties to ensure safe, reliable and productive warehouse operations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in warehouse work and 0–1+ years in people leadership with an Associate’s Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are included, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking questions and suggestions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage work flows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
