Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee operations from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time order fulfillment, while mentoring staff and upholding high standards of service. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and a focus on teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Orchestrate Operations: Lead daily warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
• Drive Efficiency: Oversee workflows, from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Master Inventory: Conduct cycle counts, manage inter-company transfers, and ensure proper storage and order accuracy.
• Safety First: Safely operate forklifts, maintain a clean, secure facility, and ensure trucks are loaded properly for damage-free deliveries.
• Lead by Example: Mentor staff, maintain positive communication with your team and customers, and represent the company with professionalism.

Your Qualifications:

• Customer-Focused: Excellent service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple priorities.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and product handling is a must. Knowledge of DOT rules and OSHA forklift requirements is a plus.
• Supervisory Skills: Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Team Player: You know how to inspire teamwork and build a cooperative environment.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED required, with 1-2 years in a similar position or progressive role preferred.
