Consolidated Supply Co. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service as part of a broader distribution network.

The supervisor will oversee receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, and warehouse processes, working closely with branch teammates to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Plumbing, hydronic heating, or water works knowledge is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Positive, energetic leadership style with a commitment to leading by example.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Strong customer service mindset and a genuine desire to support customers.

Warehouse Supervisor

As a part of Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in keeping branch operations running safely, efficiently, and accurately. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting and developing the warehouse team while overseeing the day-to-day activities that ensure our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

The Warehouse Supervisor works side by side with warehouse employees while providing leadership, direction, and accountability for all warehouse and operational activities. This includes overseeing receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, warehouse systems and processes, and the timely and accurate staging of products for delivery. The Warehouse Supervisor creates a safe, organized, and productive work environment by setting clear expectations, supporting team members, and leading by example. This role works closely with other branch team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.
