SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising/coordinating unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, picking and staging of OB shipments. As a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor, this position will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers (HVAC contractors, Dealers, internal associates, etc.)

Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and assigns tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business need and customer priority.
• Supervises the performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies and equipment into and from warehouse.
• Coordinates product flow within current location and the region.
• Improves workflow processes to increase productivity, ensures work force safety and manages warehouse inventory.
• Verify IB/OB paperwork with drivers
• Ensure IB/OB shipments are accurate and free of damage
• Maintain discipline in use of forklifts (maintenance, speed control etc.) along with safety of all equipment
• Maintain safety focused environment and encourage "zero recordable incident/time loss"
• Provide mentorship and talent development for Warehouse Associates

Requirements: Warehouse Supervisor

• High School diploma or equivalent.College degree preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience
• Current Forklift certification
