Job summary

Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH in Jackson, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better; associate degree preferred.
• Several years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with inventory management, material handling equipment, and warehouse processes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities; able to coach and develop others.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with overtime and travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members; support performance management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; coordinate cycle counts and annual inventory activities.
• Drive KPIs, identify improvements, and support process optimization across warehouse operations.
• Promote a safe work environment; investigate incidents and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, transportation providers, and HR to support needs.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or related education is preferred
• You have several years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities
• You have experience working with inventory management, material handling equipment, and warehouse processes
• You have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills and can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
• You have excellent communication and team leadership skills and enjoy developing and motivating others
• You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can adapt to changing operational demands, including occasional overtime and travel
