Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee all site operations during your shift, including warehouse, inventory control, personnel leadership, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products to a diverse customer base.
• Responsible for the storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory transaction records by completing daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future non-conformance issues.
• Ensure maximum return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projects.
• Administer performance management program.
• Evaluate and recommend training resources to support employee development.
• Follow corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals regarding safety, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards.

Job description

LHH is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a warehousing and distribution client in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a warehousing team which distributes products across the US, implement process improvements, and assist with the continual growth of the organization. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $67,000-70,000 per year plus bonus and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

• Must have experience partnering with colleagues at all levels of an organization to drive priorities
