NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. The role focuses on directing work assignments and providing hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.
You will drive safety, quality, and productivity goals with the warehouse leadership team, train staff on SOPs, and ensure orderly inventory storage and labeling.
The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to assist in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $21.00$X/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position may also be eligible for an additional $X/HOUR based on shift work.
